🇬🇧 Carla Boichon joined MMC Ventures as investor in the London office, after a three years stint with Macquarie Group.

🇬🇧 Chris Barchak joined EDT Ventures as GP in London, moving on from a venture partner position with Valo Ventures since 2020.

🇬🇧 Gabbie Swycher was promoted to investment director after four years and Claudia Yupangco to investment manager after one year – both working for Redrice Ventures in London.

🇬🇧 Jack Davies was promoted to a VP position at Antler in charge of the accelerator’s marcom efforts in Europe.

🇩🇪 Katharina Wilhelm joined Creandum as partner out of Berlin after more than four years spent working for Index Ventures.

🇩🇪 Karine Peters was promoted to managing director at T Capital, Deutsche Telekom’s investment arm, after three years in the Berlin office.

🇩🇪 Stephanie Tack joined Accumulus Capital in Hamburg as its managing director, moving on from an eight years corporate role with Siemens.

🇩🇪 Moritz Hafner was promoted to principal at FSN Capital after more than five years spent in the Munich office.

🇸🇪 Max Enhörning Admarker was promoted to investment director at Vaaka Partners from Finland after a little more than a year in their Stockholm office.

🇸🇪 Eric Hojman joined Litorina as an investor after three years spent with EY in the local office in Stockholm.

🇮🇸 Ari Kristinn Jónsson was appointed the president of NATO Innovation Fund, after serving on the board for three years.

🇵🇱 Tomek Lepka joined Keen Venture Partners as investment manager in Warsaw, after three years in a similar position with OTB Ventures.

🇬🇧 Molten Ventures kicked off a secondaries unit and hired three people for it – Nicholas Sando (ex-ETFS Capital), Malcolm Ferguson (ex-Octopus Ventures) and Steven Mendel (ex-Lateral).

🇩🇪 Aurelius Group opened three new offices in Amsterdam, Milan and Zurich – and made a bunch of hirings for boots on the ground.

Week 10

🇬🇧 Andrea Gurnari joined Moonfire Ventures as partner in the London office, jumping ship from 2100 Ventures, where he spent three years.

🇬🇧 Ruari Phillips joined NatWest as Head of Venture & Growth Finance after six years with Silicon Valley Bank and HSBC in London.

🇬🇧 Richard Kotite joined Radical Ventures of Canada in its London office – he’s an American who spent the past four years with Accel as VP.

🇬🇧 Francesco Monaca joined Giant Ventures as full time investor in London, after interning gigs with Earlybird, LocalGlobe and Calm/Storm.

🇬🇧 Anandamoy Roychowdhary joined Crane Venture Partners as managing director out of Singapore office – he’d previously been with Peak XV (Sequoia India) for 10+ years.

🇸🇪 Jakob Mökander joined General Catalyst as VP of policy in London – he’s a Swedish researcher who’s previously worked for Tony Blair Institute.

🇸🇪 Helena Bergin joined Always Summer, after nine years spent with Captor in Stockholm.

ICYMI, Always Summer is a new VC investment company founded by Sabina Wizander, Johannes Schildt and Taner Pikdöken at the end of last year.

🇫🇮 Peik Berg joined byFounders team in Stockholm – he’s a Finn who’s previously interned for Kvanted and Wolt.

🇩🇰 Carsten Gjørtler Salling joined as partner at Danske Bank’s VC arm Dansk Vækstkapital, after five years of GP work for Dreamcraft Ventures.

🇮🇹 Giorgio Dinaro was promoted by General Atlantic to a managing director position after eleven years in the Milan office.

🇪🇸 Elena Ballesteros joined Voyager Ventures in their Berlin office – she’s Spanish who’d worked for Hitachi Ventures for three years.

🇪🇸 Vinay Rao joined Samaipata as a venture partner – he’s an American who’d previously been with Anthropic and Google.

🇨🇭 Friederike Hoffmann joined b2venture as partner in Zurich, switching from 12 years in sales with Swisscom.

Week 9

🇬🇧 Sophie Luck and Emily Bullman were both promoted to principals at JamJar Investments in London – both were hired at the same time two and half years ago.

🇬🇧 Sahil Patwa joined Tenet as GP after working as an investor for Unbound in London for almost three years.

🇸🇪 Rikard Steiber joined Luminar Ventures as Operating Partner in the US – he’s a Swede who previously did biz devel for the Taiwanese hardware company HTC.

🇩🇰 Anne-Marie Christoffersen-Deb joined Unconventional Ventures as Head of Investments, after two years spent with Nine Realms in Copenhagen.

🇩🇰 Judith Schrader jumped ship from Scale Capital after four years spent in the Copenhagen office – she’ll do growth for local startup Subsets.

🇫🇷 Alexis Bonillo was hired by Aglaé Ventures as their managing partner in Paris – he is one of the co-founders of Zenly (acquired by Snap) while Aglae is Bernard Arnault’s Agache investment vehicle.

🇫🇷 Marwan Elfitesse moved on from his head of startups position with Station F, where he spent nearly ten years.

🇮🇹 Jacopo Drudi made partner at United Ventures after almost four years in the Milano office.

🇹🇷 Oguzhan Ozer announced quitting his partner job with Bek Ventures after ten years spent out of the Istanbul office.

Week 8

🇫🇷 Elise Stern was promoted to managing director at Eurazeo, after four and a half years in the London office.

🇩🇪 Robert Lang joined officially Speedinvest as a Venture Partner – he’s also working for Vitruvian out of Munich.

🇩🇪 Caroline Niemeyer also joined Speedinvest in Munich on a growth investor position – she’s previously worked as consultant for Bain.

🇳🇴 Kremena Toshev joined as principal for Spintop Ventures in Oslo – she’s previously worked for SNÖ Ventures, which was folded last year.

🇨🇭 Edo Treccani made partner at Founderful after six years with the Swiss investor in Zurich.

🇸🇪 Cecilia Ma was promoted to Senior Investment Manager with Norrsken VC after almost two years in the Stockholm office.

🇸🇪 Carl Svantesson quit his partner job at EQT Ventures after four years, moving on across the city for an executional role with Epidemic Sound.

Week 7

🇫🇷 Raphaël Vullierme joined Hexa as a partner – he’s a founder at Luko in France and has been working as a scout for Accel for the past few years.

🇫🇷 Maryam Mahla was promoted to a VP position at Eurazeo after almost four years in the Paris office.

🇫🇷 Célia Bellec and Paul Pihouée both joined as analysts for Slate VC, the former coming from BCG and the latter from McKinsey.

🇬🇧 Franco Danesi joined Molten Ventures as senior partner after four years with Korelya Capital in London, while Inga Deakin and George Chalmers were promoted to partner, both after five years with the company.

🇬🇧 Nadja Reischel was promoted to principal at Cherry Ventures in London, after almost three years with the German investor in the UK.

🇬🇧 Joanna Graiver joined MMC Ventures as senior associate in London, jumping ship from Open Ocean where she spent the last one and a half year.

🇳🇱 Willem van der Veer joined BU Bregal as Partner and Head of Benelux as the Germans opened an office in Amsterdam.

ICYIM, BU Bregal is a PE house anchored by Brenninkmeijer family, known as C&A founders.

🇳🇴 Adrian Søbyskogen joined Akka as a GP running the Nordic countries – he was a co-founder at Anker prior to.

🇩🇰 Johan Jessen joined byfounders as investor in the Copenhagen office – he’s previously founded a startup called Ionlace.

🇩🇰 AshGrove announced setting up an office in Copenhagen as its hub for the Nordic region – led by Samuli Kytö(director) and supervised by Ilkka Rantanen (co-founder and partner).

Week 6

🇬🇧 Aparna Aiyar joined as partner with Auréa Group in London, jumping ship from an MD position with Goldman’s growth team, where she spent three years.

🇬🇧 Aryo Tehranian was made MD for Mayfair Equity Partners in London, after almost seven years with the company.

🇬🇧 Grace Cassy joined the US-based Ten Eleven Ventures as a partner in the London office – she’s a founder who previously worked as a scout for Sequoia.

the local office is led by GP Dave Palmer, who previously worked at the UK intelligence agencies GCHQ and MI5.

🇬🇧 Saul Levin made partner at Entrée Capital after four years spent in the London office.

🇨🇳 Michael Guan was appointed head of Europe for CPE, a Chinese PE firm with $23B in AuM, as they opened a London office and set sight on more deals in Europe.

🇨🇭 Matthias Ockenfels will take over the lead of b2ventures’s fifth fund (see below) – he’s joined last summer, moving on from Speedinvest.

🇩🇰 Aron Jóhannsson stepped down from Crowberry Capital, after four years spent in the Copenhagen office.

🇸🇪 Cristina Koehn joined Inventure as COO in Stockholm – she’s German having previously worked with Picus Capital and Kry.

🇸🇪 Alexander Hjertström joined Backing Minds as principal in Stockholm – he’s one of the founders of Airinum.

🇸🇪 Both people still in Peak Capital‘s Stockholm office resumed their work with the Dutch VC last month – Max Serfling joined Legora’s GTM team while Felicia Nordgård will do scout work for daphni.

🇬🇧 Hanna-Stina Sonts was promoted to a VP Insights position at Atomico, after four years with the London office.

🇬🇧 Julian Bennet joined Keensight Capital as MD in London, moving on from six years in a similar position with Investcorp.

🇲🇽 Alberto Padilla-Rivera was promoted to an executive VP position at Insight Partners after almost seven years spent in the London office.

🇬🇷 Panagiotis Karampinis was promoted to regional MD for Europe at Endeavor in London, after 12 years with the company, last 5 as MD for Greece.

🇮🇹 Federico Fini joined 360 Capital Partners in Milano, after two years spent with Join Capital.

🇩🇪 Robert Stoecker was promoted to parter at AENU after four years in the Berlin office.

🇸🇪 Anton Åström was promoted to Director, AI & Analytics at EQT Ventures, after four years spent with the company.

🇸🇪 Jacob Toresson joined as VC & Growth investor with Forestay in Switzerland, after spending two years with Alliance VC in Stockholm.

🇪🇸 Darío Villena joined as principal for Armilar to lead the Portuguese VC’s expansion in Spain out of Barcelona.

🇪🇸 Covadonga García-Valdés was promoted to principal at Kibo Ventures after more than four years in the Madrid office.

🇬🇧 Ben Barker was promoted to a CIO position at BGF, as he enters his tenth year in the Manchester office.

🇬🇧 Victoria Longhi joined Owl Ventures as an associate in London, after a year spent with Kirkby in Copenhagen.

🇬🇧 Chris Anderson joined Pillar VC as an advisor – he is founder at TED and an active investor in Europe via Ocean Zero and via Exascale.

🇬🇧 Tom Hollands joined a16z as a partner in San Francisco – he’s a Brit on the West Coast having been part of the founding teams of Wren and Turpentine, the latter acquired by a16z in 2024.

🇩🇪 Philipp Emig joined Leitmotif as a partner in the Munich office, after four years with Picus Capital – for those who don’t know, Leitmotif is a $300M fund backed by VW for doing growth deals with decarbonization startups.

🇩🇪 Paula Weber quit her job as an associate at Northzone after two years in Berlin, and now does growth for Conduct.

🇩🇪 Beata Klein also quit her partner job at Creandum in Berlin for a lead CEO office position with Parloa – she’d worked for the Swedish VC for six years.

🇩🇪 Jeannette zu Fürstenberg was upgraded to President of General Catalyst, in addition to her role as Managing Director.

🇸🇪 Hanna Andreen will leave Flat Capital, Sebastian Siemiatkowski’s family office, after having led it for five years – she’s going to join local investment company Creades later this summer.

🇩🇪 Dominik Esen was promoted to principal by Northzone – he’s in his fifth year in their Berlin office.

🇩🇪 Gregor Haidl was also promoted to partner by HTGF after nine years and will lead their Munich office.

🇬🇧 Siobhan Brewster was made GP over at AENU, after three and a half years with the company in Berlin.

🇫🇷 Coralie Chaufour stepped down from her leading role at Entrepreneur First in Paris after almost eight years.

🇫🇷 Anne-Laurence Roucher joined Rotschild as their head of private markets in Paris, after almost 14 years with Mirova.

🇳🇱 Cailin Greiner is now investment manager at Forward One in Amsterdam, after three years with the Dutch.

🇫🇷 Clarisse Lam joined TX Ventures as investment manager in Zurich, jumping ship from NewAlpha’s office in Paris, where she’d worked as VC investor for five years.

🇬🇧 George Critchley was promoted to Senior Investment Manager, Private Equity at Gestron Asset Management after six years spent with them in Luxembourg.

🇬🇧 Charlotte Barttelot was promoted to partner over at MMC Ventures, after four and half years with the British VC.

🇬🇧 Alex Stroud also made it to partner with Concentric, after more than six years in London.

🇬🇧 Katie Ramsey was named Head of the Global Venture Capital Unit (VCU) within the Office for Investment in His Majesty’s Government – she’s been with the Department for Business and Trade for two years.

🇬🇧 James Heath joined as Private Markets lead investor for Athenaeum Partners, a London-based family office associated with AW Rostamani Group, one of the largest and most diversified family conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates.

🇬🇧 Ashleigh Fawcett was upgraded to a Sustainability Director position, after three years as Sustainability Manager and overall ten years spent with Atomico in London.

🇨🇭 Magnus Karnehm made partner at Left Lane Capital, after five years in the London office.

🇮🇹 Alessandro Luciano was promoted by Insight Venture Partners to a principal post in London after six years.

🇩🇪 Mila Cramer quit her job as principal at Project A in London after seven years in order to join Knowunity as VP of Operations.

🇹🇷 Zeynep Bayazid joined AEA Investors as head EMEA IR and Fundraising in London, jumping ship from AlbaCore Capital Group, where she’d spent the past nine years.

🇫🇷 Foucault de Fraguier was promoted to VP by Atomico, after two years with the company in London.

🇸🇪 Oscar Engqvist joined Sixth Street as principal – EMEA capital formation in London, after he’d spent almost five years with General Atlantic.

🇬🇧 Peter Rutland was promoted to a president role with CVC Capital, after 18 years with the company in the London office, while Advai Pathak was made managing director after 8 years.

🇬🇧 Cornelia Gomez was promoted to an MD position at General Atlantic after working for almost four years as global head of sustainability in London.

🇬🇧 Flavia Levi was promoted to investment manager in Join Capital‘s London office after a little more over a year with the company.

🇬🇧 Julian Gay joined Odyssey Ventures as a venture partner – he is a founder at Cred Protocol.

🇬🇧 Adam Milner joined YFM Equity as a portfolio director out of their Leeds office, after six years spent with Endless in a similar role.

🇫🇷 Maxime Lhoustau joined Motier Ventures as a principal in Paris, after three years with Elaia.

🇫🇷 Jean-Patrice Bellier joined Revaia as partner in Paris, after working as a consultant for Bain for 15 years – he will lead a new dedicated impact fund focused on energy transition.

🇪🇸 Carolina Martínez-Caro was hired by Samaipata as an advisor for European expansion – she was previously a CEO at Julius Baer Spain and Portugal.

🇳🇱 Thierry Fakkert joined Volve Capital as operating partner – he is a founder at MetricAngel in Amsterdam.

🇫🇮 Colin Brown joined Sparkmind VC as a GP in the Helsinki office – he’s a Brit, previously a consultant with the World Bank and did a bit of angel investing on the side.

🇸🇪 Max Larsson and Margarethe Böhme were both hired by Wave Ventures on full time basis in Stockholm.

🇸🇪 Ebba Forsberg was promoted to an investment associate position at Norrsken VC after almost three years with the company.

🇸🇪 Ali Farha joined Behold Ventures as an associate.
